Terms of Service
Effective July 30, 2026
These terms govern your use of this website and any demo or closed beta access provided by Trissino Inc ("CHIKUWA", "we", "us"). By using this website or submitting the demo request form, you agree to them.
Who may use this site
This website is intended for veterinary professionals and practice staff who are at least 18 years old. If you are using it on behalf of a practice or company, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.
What this website is
This website describes a product that is in closed beta and is not generally available. Descriptions of features, integrations, and workflows reflect the product as designed and may change before or during general release. Nothing on this website is a binding commitment to deliver a specific feature, on a specific date, or at a specific price.
Submitting the demo request form is a request to be considered for the closed beta. It does not create a contract, guarantee access, or obligate either of us to proceed.
Illustrative figures
Any time-savings figures, workload comparisons, or capacity descriptions shown on this website are illustrative design targets based on typical ambulatory food animal routes. They are not a promise, a guarantee, or a representation of results you will achieve. Your results depend on your caseload, workflows, staffing, and record systems.
Professional responsibility
CHIKUWA is a documentation tool. It does not diagnose animals, prescribe or recommend treatment, determine withdrawal periods, or exercise veterinary judgment. Drafted records are held for your review and are only released when you approve them. You remain solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of any record you release, for your clinical decisions, and for compliance with the laws, licensing rules, and recordkeeping requirements that apply to your practice.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit false information, or another person's contact details without permission.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to this website, its systems, or the accounts of others.
- Interfere with the operation of this website, including by scraping at a rate that degrades service, or by submitting automated form entries.
- Use this website for any unlawful purpose, or to infringe anyone's rights.
